The Revolution of Hope entered a jubilant, new phase earlier today the 7th of September, 2018, as Team Hagher took delivery of the nomination and expression-of-interest form for Ambassador Professor Iyorwuese Hagher at the SDP secretariat, Maitama, Abuja. The presidential hopeful come 2019 was represented by his close ally and Master Strategist Ambassador Chive Kaave. He had in tow the Director for Mobilization and Strategy Uche Chidi Okeke; Campaign Director Barrister Femi Coker; and Social Media Handler and firebrand activist John Akundo. In addition to this were many family members and supporters.
This was a follow up to his declaration to run for the presidency on the 12th of July 2018 when he officially whispered to the White Stallion. This second major visit to the stable of the Stallion quells all rumours by propagandists and mischief makers about the viability of a triumphant entry into the presidential villa after the 2019 elections. The most outspoken son of the Middle-belt concerning insecurity, and icon of social justice has once again echoed a message – I am undeterred and unflinching on this journey to Aso Rock.
Speaking to newsmen at the venue, Femi Coker and Uche Chidi Okeke expressed delight over being part of a campaign that held unto education as bedrock. In addition to correcting societal ills which were resultant of social injustice, his insistence on the budgetary allocation to education being raised to the twenty six percent (26%) stipulated by the United Nations was key. They reaffirmed their support for their principal, and declared him the most suitable candidate with the necessary experience to bring succour to Nigerians. Hope has found its face in Ambassador Professor Iyorwuese Hagher. The Revolution of Hope is indeed alive.
